SBM is proud to announce the release of Supreme Point, our own fully customized package and visitor tracking system.
Like other companies, SBM spent years bending 3PL and logistics software to our client’s needs. With an eye towards innovation, SBM invested the time and resources necessary to develop an app specifically made for our industry and in the midst of that development came the COVID-19 pandemic.
In response to the new challenges faced by property mangers and owners, Supreme Point was created as a real cost-saving asset for our clients to use in the new normal in today’s office and residential environments.

Our state of the art software and honed operational procedures allow SBM to function as the gathering point for all deliveries coming into your property, from UPS, FedEx, and USPS to independent bike messengers and vendors, Supreme Point was created to allow tenants of office buildings to feel safe about what packages they receive and who places it in their hands.

Supreme Point enables SBM to provide unparalleled levels of delivery information to you and your tenants, from basic name and delivery info down to ID photos and photographs of items delivered.
Transparency
Supreme Point gives property managers the information they need to ensure that they are receiving proof of investment on their SBM messenger center. With metrics like average time of delivery, delivery volumes by tenant, carrier, or any number of other criteria, Supreme Point is a truly transparent interface.
Barcode Integration
SBM staff are able to scan barcodes and shipping labels from all major carriers using Supreme Point and the camera on their iPads, creating a streamlined order of delivery for tenants to use when tracking packages and confirming deliveries.
Building Software Integration-Ready
With broad customization capabilities, Supreme Point is happy to work with your IT departments and software vendors to “white-label” our software and create a seamless experience for your tenants.
Contactless Delivery
Along with vivid label capturing, the software can provide tenants the ability to sign for their items using QR code technology, maintaining a high level of security while maintaining healthy distances when necessary.
